Q. wherever i go people says im cute but they get turn off if they see me smile. my problem is i have big mouth.this lesses my self confidence.when we hav report about our lesson i feel doubt if should i stand and go in front of my classmates. when i laugh, i cover my mouth with my hands cauz im afraid that my friends will tease me.please help me Dr Riten Patel. what should i do to change this damn big mouth? thank you!!!

A. You need to go see a dentist, one that carries out orthodontics (braces) to see what can be done to help you.
