Can I do anything about my sharp canine tooth?

Q.
I have 1 very sharp canine tooth, it feels uncomfortable in my mouth and have even cut my lip and inside of my mouth with it. The appearance of it does not bother me, I just want it less sharp. What are your suggestions?
A.
Either smooth of the sharp edge with a polishing bur (used for polishing white fillings) or add some white filling on to the tooth in the area of the sharp point.
