Q. I think i brushed my gums too hard and now have a white film on my gum and my periodontist just said it was dead skin cells wipe off with a rag, it started on top gums now on bottom too, is this dead skin cells? And is it caused by brushing too hard?,
A. Hi I would not recommend brushing hard as this can damage the gums in the long run. Use a soft tooth brush
