can crowns or veneers be used for teeth straightening

Q. Hello, I have slightly protruding top front teeth. I would like to know if I could get veneers or crowns to make them look straight. I have tried orthodontics last year and they was only partially straightened and already they are starting to go back to there orinal position. Thankyou for any help on this matter

A. Veneers or crowns can provide a solution to this problem if the discrepancy is mild. If you had ortho then maybe the teeth are relapsing. In some cases you might be better off with more ortho and long-term retention to stop the teeth moving again
