Can cosmetic dentistry be covered by insurance?
Q. Hi was wondring im 18 have a severe phobia of dentists due to something that happend when i was younger which has lead to an extremely bad mouth and teeth i have made up my mind i want cosmetic denistry done i have 2 questions – can u get cosmetic dentistry done through insurance if i took it out and how much on average to just go to sleep and wake up with the perfect smile if i had all teeth done/replaced hope i can get some answers would be a big help as ave really lost all confidence i have cant go out with friends things like that thanks 
A. Cosmetic dental treatment is not normally covered by insurance unless the treatment was needed anyway to correct decay etc.
You might need a few visits of sedation, the costs vary depending on the treatment
