can children have invisible braces for free

Q. Are children allowed invisible braces and are they free? But if not how much are they?

A. Children can use invisible braces provided enough adult teeth have come through. They are not free as they are considered cosmetic treatment, which is not an NHS entitlement for orthodontics. The price does vary, but at our clinic we have negogiated a fixed price with Invisalign, the worlds biggest producer of invisible braces and charge £3000 for the treatment.
