Q. Hi, I have heard a lot about using baking soda to whiten teeth, I’ve always thought of it as an unsafe method, and despite speaking to those who have done it, seeing that they’re teeth don’t appear damaged, I still am not entirely convinced that this method is at all effective long term, and as a result would cause bad affects on your teeth. I would like to know what you think of this, and also if there are any alternatives to teeth whitening which aren’t damaging or costly. Thank you,
