Can a bridge cover the missing teeth and its cost?

Q. My 17 year old son was recently assaulted causing alot of damage to his mouth. An oral surgeon repaired his pallat however he now has 2 teeth missing a front one and one beside it. My question is a bridge suitable to cover these 2 teeth and roughly how much does this cost? thanks from a concerned mum

A. A bridge might work well however in the long run he may be better off with dental implants. Bridges often mean drilling down the anchor teeth. The cost varies so I would have to see your son to give you an accurate quote.
