Hi Doctor,

I just broke a piece of tooth off the 2nd last tooth from the back of my mouth. Half the filling is exposed but not painful. The exact same tooth on the opposite side has also got a filling and is more or less equal to my gum. I am extremely scared to go to the dentist and cannot afford it at this stage either. Right next to the broken tooth for the last year, since I experienced a terrible ear ache I had this 'looks like a pimple ' on my gum. One day it is swolen and the other day it is flat. I am really worried about that too. I am scared to leave it, but more scared to go to the dentist. I am 34, would I need dentures? Does this 'pimple' affect my teeth?
