Half the filling is exposed but not painful. The exact same tooth on the opposite side has also got a filling and is more or less equal to my gum. I am extremely scared to go to the dentist and cannot afford it at this stage either. Right next to the broken tooth for the last year, since I experienced a terrible ear ache I had this 'looks like a pimple ' on my gum. One day it is swolen and the other day it is flat. I am really worried about that too. I am scared to leave it, but more scared to go to the dentist. I am 34, would I need dentures? Does this 'pimple' affect my teeth? Hi Doctor,
