As I’m a student I can’t afford to pay for the dental treatment I need, what should I do?

Q.
Hello, I have been interested in getting dental treatment for some time.

A tooth at the front is slightly brought forward in comparison to the other one, and there is a slight gap, I have researched and visited several dentists about this whom have advised me, however as I am a student all of these costs are out of my reach.

Could you please provide me with your advice in regards to this matter as I would like to deal with this issue now rather than later.

I look forward to hearing from you

Sam

Hello, thank you for your question.

It is very difficult to answer this question without seeing you. However, from your description it seems that it mayybe that some kind of brace maybe the answer. I realise that they can be expensive, so it maybe an idea to ask your dentist to refer you to hospital who may do this on the NHS, although they seem only to do this in extreme cases.

I hope this is helpful.
