Q. Hi Andrew, are implants a feasable option for correcting existing teeth? I have had braces/aligners and I am still unhappy. I assume a dentist will be reluctant to remove healthy teeth? Thanks,
A. It is possible to remove healthy teeth to correct their position although you will need to seriously consider this option as it is generally reserved for extreme cases not treatable with orthodontics
