Are dentures or implants best option for missing teeth?

Q. Dr Tennet, I have a close family relative who has already had most bottom molars removed and two at the top (I think). My cousin is now still experiencing pain and has three obvious infections where the teeth are basically beyond repairable. Obviously this is down to lack of oral health but he has pains throughout the whole of is teeth even the front set. If for example thinking about removing them all, what would be the best course of treatment to take. For example if taking them out is it wise to replace with dentures or would implants be the better option. How much would a full restoration of teeth cost? (all teeth replaced),
A. Cheap implant supported dentures start at about £3,500 per jaw. For implant supported bridges the costs can reach £20,000 per jawAn initial consultation is free  call 0121 643 0610 for details of the best option for your cousin.Rob

Dr Tennet,
Thank you for your reply and I will be booking a consultation soon, as my cousin is still experiencing serious pain in both upper and lower set of teeth, obviously I think the best step is to meet with yourself and see his options as my local Dentist seems not give me a straight answer which I find really amusing. You being a Dentist probably might be shocked by seeing the state of his teeth but will book in asap.
