Am I Being Overcharged For A Bridge?

Q.
Hello doctor Bohara, In my lower right incisor I am still retaining my milk tooth which I am looking to replace. I am told by my dentist Dr. Malik that it will be done with a Maryland dental bridge. I have been quoted £1400-£1800 for the Bridge depending on if it’s metal or resin bonded. I thought this cost was a little too steep, I get this feeling sheet having looked at maryland bridge pricing in London on the Internet. Could you please advice me on this issue?

Thank you

A.
Hello, it is very important that you understand cheap is not always the best. The result of the bridge will depend on clinical skills as well as technical skills. At the end of the day you want something which will last for a very long time and look good. If you are looking for the cheapest available treatment then corners will be cut.
