Q. hello all my life my teeth have been a problem.They say i have such a small jaw all teeth couldn’t fit. Some were removed because they were growing in the gums on top of others.I have such a funny bite a few teeth meet at the back but others hang in the air creating a gap.my speech is impaired and poor, i have a lisp.almost all my teeth have cement because they have deep ridges and they easily get holes my back rowns are broken, i have bad breath and alot of decay. they are sensitive as well. above all i fear injections, i’m fed up of drillings, what should i do?

You desperately need to find a dentist. A private dentist will be able to give you all the options available for your teeth. It sounds like you need a lot of treatment and if you fear injections you may be able to have sedation. The breath problem could be due to gum disease which can also be treated and rectified.
