6 month smiles clinic london

Q. I am 28 years old and in need of orthodontic treatment to correct overcrowding of teeth in my upper jaw (due to a narrow arch). Because of my age (and the social stigma of traditional braces) I am looking for a subtle treatment that is also as quick as possible – I am not looking for a “Hollywood Smile” just the confidence to smile that I haven’t had for a decade. I do not have the budget to spend more than about £3,000. I read about the “6 month smile” treatment on www.cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk and yours is the only UK clinic listed as providing the service. I live in London – please can you recommend a clinic that offers the treatment in London? Many thanks

A. Hi

If you go to the six months smile website, you will be able to find someone in London.

regards

I have had consultations at a few 6 month smiles clinics in London and there are quite a few around. Ive been to one in central London, one in harley street and another in Ealing (West London). Easiest way to find a 6 month smiles dentist for me was to actually Google for the location and 6 month smiles so just do a Google search for “6 month Smiles London” you will see that there are quite a few clinics to choose from. Good luck

i just wanted to know what is the different between the damon clear braces and the 6 months braces.both of them look the same or is it the same braces?how long does the treatment take with the damon clear braces?im a bit confused because i had my braces fixed recently (damon clear braces)thinking it would be the 6months braces or is it the same one

Richard Says :

Hi Six months braces is a treatment which only treats the front teeth and is used for mild to moderate crowding. Damon braces is a treatmnet which treats the whole mouth and is the treatment of choice in most cases. I am sure when you visited your dentist he/she would have exaplained the damon procedure and how long it would take in your case, as each case is different.

Hi, i have been to an orthodontistfor my front tooth being pushed out wards. I have been told i would need to have a tooth taken out either side and abrace for 18 months. i am interested in the 6 month smile procedure. Is this permanent? or do teeth go back to original place? would i need to have the two teeth taken out to stop this happening? is this something that may be suitable for the 6 month smile?

Hi, I’m from the US and will be coming over to the uk in may and then again for university in september. I was wondering if this technique would be practical for my teeth and was hoping I could get a general price range (I know it says 6 month braces from 1850 pounds, but I was hoping to get a better understanding of cost range). Do you have payment plans? Also, my problem is that my top 4 front teeth are overcrowded, that is my two front teethgo over the bordering teeth quite a bit, and I have a noticeable overbite. Can 6 month braces help me? Do you ever pull teeth to allow for space? Apologies for so many questions, I am yearning for a new smile and was going tolook into having this done here in the states before I decided to go to university in the Uk. I’d really like to make sure this can be done just aswell there.

i am a 41 year old woman with teeth which are 1 or 2 on the orthodontic scale – the most noticable problem is that my right incisor is at an angle and sticks out slightly. on my left upper i have a pre molar crown and on my right upper i have a pre molar crown and a molar crown (next to each other). i have been told that because of this, i am not a candidate for the invisalign system. my question is, am i a suitable candidate for orthodontic treatment at all and in particular would i be able to receive the 6 month smile treatment? thanks for your help

You could still have invisalign if you have crowns, I would need to see you to give you all the options but I am sure there is something that could be done.

Being that you are a six month smiles kind of guy, from what I can see of your profile anyway, I was wondering if you could tell me just how invisible or discreet these kind of braces are. I need braces. That’s a no brainer. But I would really like braces that are not the horrible and obvious metal ones. So what I really want to know is how many people are going to be gawping at my six month smile braces if I get the,?
