My veneers do not fit properly, any advice?

Friday, April 16th, 2010
Q.
Hi, I am hoping you will be able to advise me on this because i really have no idea of who else to ask. I had veneers fitted a year and a half ago and so far all they have done is keep coming off which being on the front five teeth is not a good look. Personally i do not think they fit properly because they are not flush with the gum at the top which i think notices, also it is impossible to floss between them as he insists on gluing them back on with out clearing the usual gap you would have between your teeth. This then discolours which looks awful to be honest if this is what veneers are like i wish i had never bothered to have had it done. But i am hoping you will be able to advise me that this is not the case. Kind regards.,

Do you offer the 6 month smile treatment?

Friday, April 16th, 2010
Q.
Hi Was wondering if I had read it right that you offer the 6 month smile treatments. Could you give me an indication of rough costs please. I am aware it will vary but just a rough guide. I am 49 years old and my top front teeth are quite crooked. Many thanks,

Can I simply have a veneer placed on my damaged tooth?

Friday, April 16th, 2010
Q.
I have a bridge consisting of 4 crowns and a bridge of 3. I recently had an accident which broke the porcelain off the front of one of the crowns, but rest of bridge is undamaged. My dentist thinks I should have the whole thing replaced, but I wonder if it would be possible to just have a veneer put on the damaged tooth and, if so, how much this is likely to cost? I understamd that the bridge is what they used to refer to as “gold bonded porcelain”.,

Should I have a porcelain crown placed on the tooth that had the root canal treatment?

Thursday, April 15th, 2010
Q.
I had a root canal on a front tooth. I is now a little weak and dark. I plan to have lumineers on 6 teeth including the one with the root canal. Should I have a porcelain crown place on that tooth instead due to it’s weakness and slight darkness?,

My tooth colouring is off, what do you suggest?

Thursday, April 15th, 2010
Q.
Hi I was wondering if you could give me some advice, my teeth are really bad, the colouring is quiet bad but im sure I could sort that out wih whitening products, however, i went through a period of using drugs and as a result, 2 of my teeth either side have obvious signs of decay, one of which has produced a small black spot. I try to take pride in the way I look however my teeth are really having an effect on my confidence. Is there anything I could do about this or do I just have to live with it. If you could give me some advice I would be extreemly grateful as I am too shy to ask personally. Thanks,

Would my daughter have to have all for wisdom teeth removed at a dental hospital?

Thursday, April 15th, 2010
Q.
My daughter has been told she needs all four wisdom teeth removed, two of which are apparently impacted. Her dentist has said she can have them out in the practice but she really cannot stomach the thought of one being pulled out let alone four!! Several years ago i had all four of mine removed in hospital in one hit could she have the same?,

Can you recommend any treatment that can get rid of the white marks on my teeth?

Thursday, April 15th, 2010
Q.
I have these white, almost chalk-like in appearance, marks on my teeth that I find to be embarrassing. I went into a dental clinic, once in the past, to get Zoom Teeth Whitening done…and the Doctor wasn’t sure whether the treatment would make the chalk white marks disappear or possibly make them brighter. I was wondering if you could suggest a treatment that would rid me of the annoying teeth marks.,

How long can I leave the implant in without the tooth being fitted?

Thursday, April 15th, 2010
Q.
Dear Mr Moore, I had a missing front/upper tooth and had the titanium pin placed on my bone almost a year ago. I am having some financial trouble and have delayed the treatment. The question is: For how long is it safe to wait until I have the job finished and if there is any problem of having this screw without a teeth? Regards, Marlova,
