What can I do to fix the width of my front teeth?

My teeth are white and straight but my two front teeth are large..and in width and goofy looking what can i do to solve this as it makes me really self conscious..my gums also show alot when i smile which i think makes it worse..what can i do to solve this?,

Hello Andrew, I wonder if you can help. I don’t have particulary straight teeth although I have two that bother me the most. I have one tooh at the bottom and one at the top that are ‘set back/instanding’ more than the rest. From your experience is there a way to rectify this? Thank You,

Could I have dental implants at my age?

I have had an upper set of dentures for several years and am now 70 years of age. I would love to have implants but wonder if the bone structure would have shrunk too much for this to be possible. After teeth whitening treatment my two front teeth have stayed the same, what can I do?

I have used teeth whitening gel from the dentist and it has whitening my teeth some shades whiter but the front two of my teeth has staded the same. Is there anything else I can do that will make my teeth whiter(any other procedures) or should I put the gel on for say a few months each night? I have tried the laser whitening a few years ago and was disappointed with the result Thank you,

Hello im very paranoid about the look of my teeth when i was young my parents had the choice to get me braces but they chose not to which have given them a mis-shapen look, also i have been smoking for 3 years which have stained my teeth i have used pearl drops and other teeth whitening tooth pastes and mouthwashes, i am currently in the process of quiting smoking aswell. I know i seem a little Juevenile to be having this surgery done but i belive it would be a great boost to my self esteem . I am really just wondering how much it would cost to have my teeth done and would there been the possibility of having them all straight and white. Please contact back. Your Faithfully.

hi, im 17 years old. i have a gap in my two front teeth which i really dont like. Ive bin concious of it for a very long time. When i was about 15 years old i got referred to the orthodontist but i was unable to get braces or retainers because it was a mild case. How quickly might you be able to do an implant to minimise the denture wearing?

Dear Dr Moore, You have been reccomended to me by my colleague whos husband John Longdon has recently had treatment from you. I have a post crown with a root fracture. because of previous apisectomy ( i think thats how you spell it) I also have bone loss and the tooth is very very loose. I cannot have a bridge because the bone structure is too weak and I dont want to be with a permenant denture and wondered how quickly you might be able to do an implant to minimise the denture wearing? My dentist (now previous) wouldn’t help me with this just kept filling the back of the tooth until eventually it has become so loose that it is almost falling out! I have an appointment at Eastman’s tomorrow as they think that I may need the tooth surgically removed which I am obviously also not very pleased about. The whole thing is a nightmare and I am worried. I was wondering what your advice would be? Regards.,
