Teeth whitening with few veneers causes mismatch in color

Scared to visit dentist for my discoloured rotting teeth

Need latest treatment to fix my uneven crowded teeth

Hi, I had braces on my top teeth when I was 17. I’m now 30 and I’m very self conscious of my ‘goofy’ teeth. The braces did straighten my teeth but my top teeth have always stuck out over my bottom ones. When I close my back teeth I am able to slide my little finger between the gap. When I had braces they never addressed my crooked bottom teeth and so I never have elastic bands to help the alignment of my teeth/jaw. As an adult now I feel I was possibly mistreated. I’m incredibly self conscious of my smile and I find I’m beginning to hide my teeth and mouth when I speak and laugh. All of this infuriates my husband who insists its part of what makes me me but I hate it! Is there anything that could help?

Please advise on bad breath with bleeding gum

Hi could you help me please my 10 yr old daughter as bad breath her teeth bleed when brushing them.her gums look darker and her teeth dont look right she is also very tierd and feels sick ..because i have never had dental problems b4 i am unsure if this needs emergancy treatment asap she is not in pain with her teeth. or could it wait til tomorrow thank you

I need to fix the shaky front tooth

Q.
I seem to have a habbit of pushing my front teeth with my tongue and then pushing them back again and now, i find myself doing it all day without realizing it and now i think one of my front teeth are shaky, it seems to move a bit more now, out of place when i push it and instead of stopping, i do it alot more now to see if it really is shaky or not. im terrified as im only 21. what can i do if they fall out? i also grind my back teeth in my sleep and during the day which is a new thing during the day. what are dental implants? are they screw ins? if my teeth come out could i get them on nhs? in the morning i feel as though if i just push my teeth theyl pop out so i try to avoid doing that 1st thing in the morning. im terrified on dental jags so cant go to dentist, i would go if i could get put to sleep tho, please help

What is the treatment for my teeth with gum disease

I am 59 years old. i have lost all of my back teeth due to gum disease. The last of the teeth were removed about two years ago. Since then, due to constantly chewing with my front teeth i am now having problems with them. I have tried a National health service denture but could not get used to it. What treatment would you recommend to replace my back teeth ? and to save my front teeth ?

Am I eligible for nhs dental treatment?

At the age of 15 I had four teeth removed and was given a temporary brace to move my teeth, then a fixed brace on my lower teeth for 9 months and one on my top teeth for only 2 months. My teeth were never completely straight at the time I had the brace removed and I stated my worries to the orthodontist. He ignored my request to keep the braces on longer. When removing the braces he cut my gums severely and did not polish them afterwards. I was given a retainer to wear and was never invited to a check up. I have expressed my concerns to my NHS dentist as I have marks on my teeth from the braces and my top teeth sit slightly behind my two front teeth. I am 18 now and a student I would really like the perfect smile I thought I was getting. Is there any way I can be referred to get the treatment I should have got at the younger age? What is the actual cost for crown replacement?

Hi, is there any treatment for crowns ‘slipping’ from the gums. This has happened to around 4 of my crowns (they have been there for around 5 years). You can see where they have slipped by the darker colour between the gum and the tooth. My dentist has told me the only solution is to replace them which will cost approx.£1800. is this right??? They are all front teeth (top). Many thanks.
