i had implants and im still on temporary tooth how many month will it take to have a permanent one

I had an implant done in Nov.21 of last year and was told it would take a few weeks for healing and they would put my tooth on. They put a temporary tooth on and it broke two months later. It is now over six months later and I’m still having to wear a temporary tooth. It breaks about once a week and I have to go back for a replacement.I have been in the dentist more than I care to discuss just getting a temporary tooth repaired or replaced. How long should it usually take from start to finish to get an implant. HOW MANY MONTHS? I feel my dentist is doing something wrong and it shouldn’t have taken this long for me to get mine done. Thank you

About 2 years ago i had root canal treatment on a cracked tooth and the tooth was then filed down and a crown put over it. Everything has been fine up until now but now when i try to chew on it i hurts very much and the pain takes a while to go away. Im just wondering what has occured to suddenly have brought on this pain.

I really want to get my teeth whitened, my dentist does it for £270, which after looking around is quite a reasonable price but i am on Income Support and it would take me a long time to save up. Does the price drop at all for people on benefits? I am thinking it doesn’t as it’s cosmetic but am holding onto hope that i can get it done sooner rather than later haha, thank u

Hello Dr Moore, I am very unhappy and don’t like laughing or smiling due to the gap in between my two front teeth. The right front tooth is slightly pushed more forward than the other due to sucking my thumb when I was younger. Is there anything that I could have to straightener my teeth and fill in the gap? I didn’t want braces but was thinking about Veneers. Would this be possible? Thanks for your reply.

My dentist said invisalign are only sold in pair and it wouldnt be worth it to me? whats its cost

I have had metal braces on my top teeth for 8 months. I am scheduled to get braces on the bottom teeth. My orthodontist said that I have approximately 10 months remaining in treatment. I didn’t get Invisalign originally because my ortho said that since Invisaligns are only sold in pairs (top & bottom) it wouldn’t be worth it to me. How much would Invisalign cost now?

Hi. I am currently residing in cairo and i plan to be here for the next seven months. Till january 2010. I was looking into getting orthodentic treatment done on my teeth. You see, when i was 16, i had braces for 7months, but the dental nurse didnt ake teeth out and so i was left with teeth sticking out at an awkward angle in the front. After that, my teeth kept moving and they went back to normal. I visited an orthodentist here in Cairo and he said that he could start treatment, but it would take 18months or so, and im also past my 6months in pregnancy right now. The dentist here said that he could start treatment and send with me a referral letter for when i return to englang. I was wondering what advice you could give me about this, and if that is possible. Also, what kind of costs am i looking at? Thank you for your time.
