Q.
I have a questions regarding dental implants, I am soon to be 25, and unfortunately have had to have 2 teeth extracted in the past, I was looking into the possibility of implants even though the costs are astronomical. The teeth in question are in the middle left hand side, one upper, one lower, directly above/below one another, does this arrangement require any special consideration? Also another factor is I have a recent root canal filling adjacent to the removed lower tooth, which seems to be unstable and at times painful, and my Dentist tells me if this indeed does prove to be defective, then that tooth will have to come out too. Before embarking on an implant programme, I would request you furnish me with the your expert considerations, I was looking into having Ti implants, bt due to my arrangement, is there a special short cut procedure? or will have to pay roughly £1800 per tooth? Many thanks in advance.
