infection has not healed after root canal treatment and tooth has decoloured

Q.
I had an infection at one of my front tooth and i needed a root canal.My dentist did it but i still have some of the infection left as i can feel it. Because of the root canal my tooth discoloured slightly and i don’t like it.I would like to whiten it but i don’t know where to go for cosmetic dentistry.Also the tooth is moving slightly and i am scared not to lose it.i don’t know if it is moving because of the root canal or because of the infection.Do you think I should pay the money for the whitening or what treatment do I need?pls tell me will i lose my tooth because of the root canal or is it just weakened?thank you

there is not enough jawbone to do this proceedure without a sinus lift

I am a male 54 years old and need 2 implants on top jaw but I have been told there is not enough jawbone to do this proceedure without a sinus lift . What are the percentage chances of a sinus lift being 100% successful? If there are liable to be complications what would they be and how severe would they be ?

I feel I am too young to have false teeth, what are my options?

Hello im a 33 yrs old and have to have allot of back teeth removed 3 from my lower left and 4 from my right. I have enquired about implant but ive been told it will cost at least £16,000 to get my smile back as i have a few missing upper teeth. I havent had them removed yet because i feel to young for false teeth. What are my options ?

I have been diagnosed with significant bone loss in my front teeth.My dentist wants to remove my 4 front teeth and supply dentures.As two of the teeth are not loose would a crown be able to be fitted and a bridge on the two loose teeth.He says bone loss is there in the two other teeth but they are fine at the moment and i would rather not have them removed

Are there any long term effects of the whitening?

Hello, I am considering having a whitening procedure. I have moderate fluorosis staining on my teeth, particularly the top front ones, and also some darker brown patches between these teeth. My dentist has shown me before and after pictures of patients he has treated, and I was surprise at how successful the treatment was for those with similar fluorosis staining. I understand that the fluorosis would sill be there, and that every patient can expect a different level of success. Are there any long term effects of the whitening? I don’t want to improve the appearance of my teeth only to find in years to come that I have compromised my oral health. Does the quote of £275 I have been given by my dentist seem reasonable,and are there any particular brands or systems you recommend? Thankyou for your time,
