Anodontia

Anodontia is an extremely rare congenital condition where an individual does not develop any teeth. In some cases only the primary set of teeth will be affected; however in most cases the disorder affects the permanent set of teeth as well. This condition can be caused by several rare syndromes; it may affect some (partial adodontia or hypodontia) or all of the teeth (total adodontia).
